Every January, some of the best all star Polynesian players gather in Hawaiʻi to showcase their talents. The Polynesian Hall of Fame Enshrinement Weekend includes the Polynesian Bowl, the Enshrinement Ceremony, and Celebration Dinner.

With Samoans more than 56 times more likely to make it to the NFL, chances are you are more likely to see a Samoan play for your favorite team. Here we look at professional players in the National Football League and other professional associations.

Samoans also dominate the collegiate football scene. About 300 Samoans play in Division I collegiate football, one of the most overrepresented groups of people in the sport. In addition to famous football players inducted in the annual Polynesian Hall of Fame Enshrinement Weekend, high school students who have committed to certain colleges participate in the Polynesian Bowl and a Polynesian College Football Player is also selected and honored.
